Equestrian Surfacing

Our PVC Granules are the perfect material for Equestrian Surfacing.

PVC Granules (Equestrian Flooring)

Through the recycling of scrap cables, both jelly filled and dry, Universal Recycling Company's equestrian department, Arenas & Gallops, provide plastic granules for the equestrian surface industry. These granules are of the PVC variety, and are known as PVC granules and the petroleum jelly polythene type, are also known as our patented name, Vasa Track Ltd. Other granules produced are rubber granules from tyres.

The PVC granules are a cost effective way of stabilising a sand surface or gallop, and are a product produced from our cable granulation plants. When the cables are granulated, the metal produced is separated from the PVC via an air separation process, and then further separated via a vibrating wet table, which also washes the granules and makes them dust free.

Vasa Track Ltd is a petroleum jelly covered polythene riding surface produced from jelly filled cables through a water separation granulation plant. These are used to create a springy and stable surface when mixed with sand. It creates excellent stability due to the petroleum jelly in the polythene, and is used in many arena, gallopss and all weather race tracks throughout the UK and, Europe and rest of the world.

The rubber granules can create a very economical and environmentally friendly addition to an equestrian arena, as they create stability and life to a sand arena, and shows that rubber has a great use as opposed to sending it to land fill!

All our equestrian products help to prevent freezing in cold weather and our suitable to mix with sand in indoor and outdoor arenas and gallops.

Universal Recycling Company supply this material to many of the UK's largest equestrian surface specialists, and to the public on a large scale and can be delivered via our bulk tippers or skip lorries to suit the customers needs.

With a professional knowledge and understanding in this area, Universal Recycling Company is happy to quote and advise customers on their requirements.
